Erm the picture of the parent changing the nappie is that of a man. There is no skirt if you have noticed. So it means that the men should enter the girls's bathrooms.
Are you for real? If I find a man in the ladies' I would feel really uncomfy. I think that's ridiculous. Why didn't they instal the equipment in the gents'? But that wouldn't have crossed their mind would it?
